**What You Will Do**
- Explore talent management agencies in regions prominent in speaking Tamil that can help us get Broadcaster resources to join the app to showcase their Talent/ performance on the app.
- Develop strategic plans to achieve Monetization targets and expand Tamil market presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop Tamil-specific promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress.
- Work closely with other business development team members and put in the best efforts to achieve business objectives
- Providing support and giving training to Broadcasters/ Vloggers in case of queries.
- Work as per aligned KPIs and put in best efforts to achieve business objectives
- Follow up and manage recruited agencies and retain them and broadcasters/creators'.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of Agency/creator onboarding and management experience.
- Tamil Speaking is compulsory.
- Writing skills in Tamil would be preferred.
- Passion for learning new things, and solving challenging problems.
