**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including correspondence with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely responses and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables across departments, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal resources.
- Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, presentations, and project reviews.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, production schedules, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with producers, directors, and creative teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Provide administrative support to the production team as needed, including data entry, file management, and other tasks.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork among all stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent language proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Experience in animation production or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for animation and a willingness to learn and grow within the industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
