**Role**: Business Development, IT Equipment & Fit-out Leasing

**Experience**: 5+ years of experience

**Qualification**: MBA - Finance/ Master’s in Commerce

**Location**: Pune.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Scout and transform capex opportunities into opex within mid to large corporate segments.
- Spearhead, create, and execute demand generation initiatives by partnering with OEMs, vendors, IPC's, banks, and NBFCs to provide rental solutions to their clientele.
- Delve into the financials and business models of prospects to construct and propose customized financial solutions, ensuring alignment with their expectations and securing approvals to finalize deals.
- Foster seamless coordination between internal operations teams, clients, and vendors to ascertain smooth operational flow.
- Proven track record in marketing Equipment finance and leasing solutions to mid and large-sized corporates.
- Establish and nurture a robust corporate network, building solid relationships with technology partners, OEM’s, IPC's, contractors, developers, banks, and NBFCs.
- Engage in effective Customer/Vendor management and deploy strategic selling techniques to amplify the success of our and our partners/customers' businesses.
- Mastery in MS Excel and MS Word is imperative.
