Tele Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company's real estate projects
- Clearly explain project details, pricing, and offers to potential buyers
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain client database, call logs, and follow-up schedules
- Coordinate with the sales team to set up meetings and site visits
- Follow scripts and guidelines as provided while personalizing the approach to each client
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and reporting metrics
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
- Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections smartly
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM software is a plus
- Good listening skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
