- Prepare and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring all specifications are accurate.
- Monitor the production schedule to ensure orders are completed on time.

**4. Price Negotiation and Costing**:

- Calculate production costs, including raw materials, labor, and overheads.
- Work with buyers to finalize pricing while ensuring profitability for the company.

**5. Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all products meet quality standards as per buyer specifications.
- Address and resolve quality issues during sampling or production.

**6. Production Coordination**:

- Liaise between production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor production progress and address any issues causing delays or inefficiencies.

**7. Timely Delivery**:

- Plan and oversee the shipment process to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage all related documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
