Maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.
- He will inspect each product with the product specification.
- Oversee daily operations of the factory, ensuring production processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Strong knowledge and work experience in furniture and interior design industry.
- Work with different teams like carpenter, upholstery and paint other teams to ensure the quality of work, timely execution and on time delivery
- Coordinate with the production team for order placement.
- Identify areas of improvement, implement changes, and monitor improvement/ compliance
- Develop and execute process improvements that reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve quality standards
- Manage staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure goals are met
- Monitor safety regulations and ensure safety procedures are followed
- He will report to Director and Production Head.
- Provide corrective action and disciplinary action if needed
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance, repairs and other service tasks for factory equipment and machinery
- Analyze production records and data to set and adjust production goals, plans and priorities
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply of materials
- Interface with suppliers/OEMs on inspection methods, master sign-off sample, on-site inspections, sorting arrangements and products disposal method
- Ensure employee training programs are up to date
- Monitoring all finished products as per given specification by the customer. Reporting to Production head and other Departments
- Maintain the quality standard as per the buyer requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's (required) or a related field
- Quality Checker: 5 years (required) in a related field
- Knowledge of Wooden, Furniture, Fabrication, inspection of raw material & finished
- Knowledge of Furniture manufacturing,s and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Okhla Industrial Area, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
