**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct detailed statistical data analysis to identify to improve in product quality and process efficiency.
- Perform regular quality assurance audits across various production and operational stages to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Design, implement, and refine testing processes and procedures to identify potential issues effectively.
- Monitor quality metrics and performance indicators, report findings to management, and propose actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with product development teams to recommend improvements and solutions for identified quality issues.
- Analyze test results and produce comprehensive reports that detail findings and recommendations for quality enhancement.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for quality testing and assurance activities.
- Foster a culture of improvement and quality awareness throughout the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify minor issues that could lead to significant problems.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication, capable of effectively conveying quality standards and findings to a diverse audience.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Strong teamwork skills and work collaboratively across different departments and teams.
- High level of empathy and emotional intelligence, with a customer-oriented approach to quality assurance.
- Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving quality benchmarks and organizational objectives.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Min 1 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably.
- Familiarity with quality standards and regulations relevant to the products.
