**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for ensuring that the team meets and exceeds the client standards for production and accuracy on a consistent basis
- To monitor workflow and delegate work accordingly in order to meet the compliance requirements of the client
- To be able to co-ordinate effectively with the Team Leads, Floor Leads and Associates for management of the overall team quality
- Effectively communicate with the teams to ensure high motivational levels to obtain high quality results
- To take regular team huddle/meet to identify any communication gap/process update requirements
- Support the team with process related questions and resolve the same or ensure appropriate escalation
- To ensure that quality audits are reviewed and discussed with the team to ensure that the errors are not repeated
- Daily monitoring of inventory reports to keep a check on the performance & control parameters of the team
- To formulate plans/ practices that enables the team to maximize their output in terms of productivity and accuracy
- To positively respond to peak work volume/ pressure situations and have a motivating influence on the team
- To track the process for workflow, tracking team performance, deployment of resources and capacity planning
- Should be flexible to work from both the location (Vashi/Techweb) as per business requirements
- Comfortable for US Shifts
- Experience in Mortgage, Property, Collection process and international, Domestic are not considered.
