**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics trainer for both individual and corporate clients
- Experience in delivering customized training courses based on client requirements
- Excellent knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Project Service Automation (PSA), and Customer Engagement
- A certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent
- Excellent presentation and communication skills; the ability to deliver training sessions effectively and provide end-to-end guidance and support to clients
- Strong time management and organization skills, the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and the ability to manage a team of trainers
- Experience in adapting to new technology, and Microsoft training methodologies and tools

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
