We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Jewelry Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a woman or man with a passion for luxury goods and a flair for sales. As a new and growing brand, we offer a unique opportunity for you to work closely with our manager, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of our business.
- **Sales and Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide detailed information about our jewelry pieces, including the benefits of lab-grown and natural diamonds.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, ensuring a memorable and satisfying shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- **Cross-Functional Support**:

- Shadow the manager in day-to-day tasks, gaining insights into the operational aspects of the business.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing new stock.
- Support marketing efforts by helping to set up and execute in-store promotions and events.
- **Product Presentation**:

- Maintain an attractive and well-organized display of jewelry pieces.
- Ensure that all products are accurately labeled and priced.
- Assist with visual merchandising to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the store.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the luxury goods or jewelry industry.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and presentation.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Passionate about luxury jewelry and fashion.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Flexible and adaptable to a cross-functional role.
