**Job Title**: Telecalling Executive - Sales Support

**Location**: No. 29/1, Chandragandhi Nagar, Ponmeni, Madurai

**Salary**: ₹8,000 - ₹12,000 (Based on experience & skills)

**About the Role**
We’re looking for a friendly voice and a sharp mind to join our team as a **Telecalling Executive**. If you can talk to people without making them want to hang up, love explaining ideas clearly, and enjoy helping clients understand our awesome products and services, then this role is for you

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Make sales calls to assist our Sales Team in reaching potential clients.
- Conduct online meetings with clients to present and explain our products & services.
- Understand client needs and connect them to the right solutions.
- Keep records of calls, meetings, and follow-ups—because details matter
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Language Skills**: English (must-have), Hindi (bonus points)
- Great communication and presentation skills.
- A friendly, confident, and persuasive personality.
- Ability to handle online meetings smoothly (Zoom/Google Meet/Teams).
- Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus, but freshers with great communication are welcome.
