As a Tele Caller Executive at Mak Umbrella, you will play a crucial role in our mission to deliver top-notch quality umbrella products that stand the test of time and offer exceptional durability, all while maintaining the best price points in the market. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential and existing customers over the phone, representing our trusted brand, and promoting our extensive range of products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce them to Mak Umbrella's product line and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Handle inbound calls from existing clients, providing them with exceptional customer service, addressing their inquiries, and offering product recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by actively listening to their needs, concerns, and feedback, ensuring complete satisfaction with our products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, pricing, and special promotions to effectively communicate and upsell to customers.
- Update customer databases with accurate information, including contact details, interactions, and feedback.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of Mak Umbrella.
- Proactively follow up with potential leads and existing clients to nurture long-lasting business relationships.
- Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to identify areas for improvement and provide valuable insights to the marketing and product development teams.
- Strive for excellence in customer service, ensuring timely delivery of orders and addressing any issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude in a dynamic work environment, embodying the values and culture of Mak Umbrella.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tele Caller Executive or similar customer service/sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, persuasive demeanor.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities to convert leads into customers.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM software and ability to manage customer data efficiently.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Adaptability to learn about our product range and industry trends quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
- Fluent proficiency in English, Tamil (additional language skills are advantageous).
