At Ozatvn Tech Solution, we are seeking a Tamil Tele Caller Remote to join our expanding team of experts in the Information Technology and Services industry. As our Tamil Tele Caller Remote, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and building long-lasting relationships with them. You will be supporting our operations team by generating leads and following up with potential clients. We are looking for someone who is fluent in Tamil and English, has good communication skills, and is comfortable working remotely.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up with them regularly.
- Schedule appointments, create proposals, and negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up with any necessary documentation.
- Research and develop new leads and opportunities to expand our business.
- Work closely with the operations team to provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with fellow Tamil Tele Callers and monitor the performance of the team.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and provide support to resolve any issues.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Tamil and English.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in a sales or customer service role preferred.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
