**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and program CNC machines using [specify software, e.g., Master cam, SolidWorks, etc.] to produce parts as per engineering drawings.
- Set up tools, fixtures, and machine settings according to the required specifications.
- Conduct first-article inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure operational efficiency.
- Identify and troubleshoot programming errors or machine malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of programming code, machine settings, and maintenance logs.
- Work closely with the production team and engineers to optimize machining processes and improve overall productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E), preferably in Mechanical or related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in CNC programming and setting.
- Certification in CNC programming from a recognized institution is preferred.
