**Job Title: PGT Physics Teacher (IGCSE Experience)**

**Location**: Mysuru, Karnataka

**Salary**: ₹40,000 to ₹50,000

**Experience**: Minimum 5+ years of experience as an IGCSE Physics Teacher

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Joining Date**: Immediate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons in accordance with the IGCSE curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to the varying needs of students.
- Foster an interactive and student-centered classroom environment.
- Utilize modern teaching techniques to help students understand complex Physics concepts.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing timely feedback and support to enhance their performance.
- Prepare students for IGCSE examinations by conducting practice assessments and offering guidance on exam strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and share regular updates with parents and guardians.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in Physics and incorporate them into teaching practices.
- Participate in school meetings, professional development programs, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create an enriching learning experience for students.

**Requirements**:

- MSc in Physics.
- Bachelor of Education (BEd).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IGCSE Physics Teacher.
- In-depth knowledge of the IGCSE Physics syllabus and exam requirements.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to create a stimulating learning environment that motivates students.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passionate about teaching and guiding students towards academic excellence.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
