**Job Title**: PGT Physics Teacher
**Location**: Bannerghatta, Bangalore
**Grade Level**: 9th to 12th
**Salary**: ₹55,000 - ₹60,000 per month

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver high-quality Physics lessons as per the curriculum for grades 9 to 12 (CBSE/ICSE/State Board as applicable).
- Prepare and implement lesson plans that develop students’ theoretical and practical knowledge of Physics.
- Conduct experiments, demonstrations, and lab sessions to support theoretical instruction.
- Evaluate student progress through assessments, tests, and assignments.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning.
- Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students preparing for board and competitive exams (NEET/JEE).

**Required Qualifications**:

- Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Physics.
- B.Ed. degree (mandatory).
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience teaching Physics at the secondary or senior secondary level.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring young minds.

**Work Timings**:
Monday to Saturday (Exact timing to be discussed during the interview)
