**Job Title**: PGT/TGT Physics Teacher

**Location**: Nelamangala, Bangalore

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Immediate Joiner Required**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging **Physics lessons** for **Grades 8-11** as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Conduct **practical sessions** in the Physics laboratory, ensuring students understand experimental concepts.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with the CBSE guidelines.
- Utilize innovative teaching methodologies to make learning interactive and effective.
- Monitor and evaluate students’ progress, providing necessary guidance and support.
- Prepare students for **board and competitive exams** by reinforcing key concepts.
- Maintain discipline and a conducive learning environment in both classroom and hostel settings.
- Collaborate with colleagues, participate in faculty meetings, and contribute to curriculum development.
- Take part in **co-curricular activities, mentoring programs, and school events**.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: B.Sc/M.Sc in Physics with B.Ed/M.Ed (Mandatory for CBSE schools).
- **Experience**: Minimum **2-5 years** of teaching experience in a **CBSE-affiliated residential school**.
- Strong knowledge of Physics **theory and practicals** for secondary and senior secondary levels.
- Excellent **English communication skills** (both verbal and written).
- Ability to handle and guide students in a **residential school environment**.
- Passion for teaching with an innovative and student-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using **technology-based teaching tools** (smart classrooms, digital labs, etc.).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
