1. Shopify Website Enhancement
- Optimize website performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
- Manage SEO and website keyword indexing
- Integrate third-party tools (payment gateways, CRM, marketing automation).
- Customize Shopify themes and Liquid code as per business needs.
- Web traffic monitoring and retargeting.

2. Content Management
- Work closely with the inventory team for regular inventory updates and ERP integration.
- Work with the content team for regular updates on the website with engaging, creative content.
- Review products and content on the website and make regular updates.

3. Promotions & Marketing Support
- Implement and manage discount codes, banners, and seasonal offers.

4. Order and customer management
- Order follow-up within the TAT and coordinate with logistics team to facilitate order processing
- Agile response to customers on queries and tickets

Skills & Qualifications:

- Inventory Management
- Expertise in any retail ERP software
- SEO and on-page optimization
- Frontend Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Vue.js (preferred)
- Familiarity with Headless Commerce (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce,, Next.js)
- Experience in PWA (Progressive Web Apps) and AI chatbots is a plus

Preferred Experience:
3-5 years of experience in E-Commerce/retail inventory management

Hands-on experience in e-commerce and ERP platforms

Previous experience with headless commerce

Strong understanding of conversion optimization and website user behavior on E-Commerce platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,694.40 per month
