E-commerce Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage product listings, pricing, descriptions, and inventory across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, Meesho, and own website.
- Handle daily online sales operations, including order processing, dispatch coordination, and tracking deliveries.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discount offers, and marketing strategies to boost online visibility and sales.
- Monitor platform analytics, competitor pricing, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and shipment.
- Prepare and maintain reports on sales performance, returns, and customer feedback.
- Ensure brand consistency and product accuracy across all e-commerce channels.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online sales handling.
- Strong understanding of major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and e-commerce management tools.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
