Job Profile:

- 1. Monitoring all purchase activities. Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.

2. Timely follow up with supplier for procuring of all raw materials, packaging materials as per requirement.

3. Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.

4. Prepare and maintain purchase register

5. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness.

6. Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.

7. Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.

8. Ensure procurement of quality and quantity on time with focus on cost optimization and saving.

9. Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.

10. Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.

11. Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.

12. Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Purchase Executive: 2 years (preferred)
