Female Marketing Follow-up Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM software with follow-up details.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to track the progress of leads.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and schedule meetings with clients.
- Provide necessary information to clients about company products and services.
- Assist in preparing reports on follow-ups and client interactions.
- Support the marketing team in executing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to improve customer engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any graduate degree (Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus).
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, telecalling, customer service, or sales follow-ups.
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English (both verbal and written).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multiple follow-ups efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in educational institutions, software sales, or digital marketing follow-ups.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Indiamart, Justdial, or other lead generation platforms.
