**Job Description: Knowledge Management Associate**
**Location**: Chennai, India
**Responsibilities**:
- Gather historical data from assignments, projects, and case studies to populate the knowledge base repository.
- Ensure that all content within the knowledge base is formatted correctly and rewritten for clarity, consistency, and conciseness.
- Regularly update and maintain the knowledge base repository to ensure that it remains current and relevant.
- Work closely with delivery and sales teams to understand day-to-day project deliveries, document provided solutions, and capture the value delivered to clients.
- Document solutions provided to clients, including methodologies, best practices, and outcomes, and incorporate them into the knowledge base repository.
- Implement strategies to ensure that the knowledge base repository is easily accessible to relevant stakeholders across the organization.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Information Science, Knowledge Management, or Business Administration.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Outspoken and collaborative attitude.
- Exposure to technical and marketing domains.
- Fresher or up to 1-2 years of experience.
**Salary**: From ₹200,000.00 per year
