Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development of architectural designs from concept to completion.
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and renderings using architectural software.
- Collaborate with senior architects and other team members on various projects.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data and ensure project compliance.
- Participate in client meetings, presenting designs and addressing feedback.
- Ensure all architectural work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Contribute to the research and selection of materials and products.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in an architectural firm or related setting.
- Proficiency in architectural software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and construction methods.
- Excellent design and visualization skills.
- Ability to create detailed and accurate construction documents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- LEED accreditation or interest in sustainable design practices is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software such as Lumion, or V-Ray..
- Familiarity with hand sketching and freehand drawing techniques.
- Experience in a specific sector (e.g., residential, commercial, healthcare) is advantageous.
