**Education : D Pharma, B Pharm, MBA/PGDM.**

**Experience : 3 - 5 Years**

**Gender : Male**

**Purpose**:
Create the best first impression about **Greenline Healthcare & Supermarket Private** **Limited** by lively engagement with the Team who can liaison with existing vendors, identify new vendors and streamline the entire procurement function with utmost focus on quality as well as cost competitiveness.

**Goals & Deliverables**:

- Cost Negotiations with both existing and new vendors to ensure target gross margins are always maintained.
- Follow the systems and processes and utilize the ERP tools effectively to ensure 100% quality information is entered in the ERP for all the leads and prospects engagements.

**Role and Responsibility**:

- Liaising with current vendors to source products within defined lead time.
- Identifying new vendors for upcoming product categories.
- Set up and adhere with the Quality Check Process across all vendors to ensure consistent quality of products.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
- Implementation of all company SOP and policies at warehouse location.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.

Retail Medical Store Operation, FMCG Retail Operation, Pharma Market, Sales Negotiation, Excel Presentation, Team Management, Good Communication Skill.
