- Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.
- Utilize SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions and data efficiently.
- Engage with in-store customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable jewellery pieces, tailoring services to meet personal preferences.
- Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive footfall.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
- Collaborate with the sales team and store managers to evaluate store performance and plan improvement strategies.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development and sales increase.
- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to maintain customer loyalty.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and sales strategies.
- Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the retail jewellery sector.
- Proficiency in SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or similar software tools.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with a customer-centric approach to selling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluent in English and Tamil; proficiency in additional languages would be an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in Sales or Marketing is preferred.
- Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the store and provide them with comprehensive product knowledge and advice.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
- Facilitate the order processing and delivery coordination using the SAP CRM system.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure the availability of stock and inform management of any shortages.
- Contribute to the arrangement and aesthetics of the store, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping experience.
- Stay informed about new products and jewellery trends to provide customers with current options and advice.
