**About the Job**

As a Partnerships and New Initiatives, You’ll be working directly with the founders and director of partnerships to on-board banks, fintech and other consumer facing companies to the Company’s eco-system.

What you will do:

- Building a strong pipeline through opportunity mapping, doing lead generation and solution selling to senior decision makers in fintech, banks, and other consumer facing companies
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the product and speaking with the potential partners about the most relevant features for their specific business needs
- Gathering all required information from partner’s platform, identifying loopholes to pitch company’s product in a structured and effective manner
- Identifying additional revenue and strategic partnership opportunities for the company
- Fulfilling client’s needs by addressing the challenges they are facing with respect to our product, understanding their domain and giving solutions for seamless experience
- Working closely with the product and engineering teams on tracking of enhancement requests and resolving issues
- Building a pro-active customer contact strategy which includes product adoption
- Ensuring continuous and routine communication with partners to develop action plans to enhance the partnership
- Managing customers’ expectations and developing a strong understanding of our value proposition
- Providing internal feedback on how to serve better our business and partners
- Working alongside the sales team in expanding the total assets under management (‘AUM’)
- Staying updated on developments at BSE, KRAs(CAMS/Karvy), PGs and other in the eco-system to help the product team adopt new features and products
- Liaising in product manufacturers in the investments eco-system to help the company launch new investment products.

What you need to have:

- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in sales and BD role. CA, CFA, MBA preferred
- Proven experience in customer facing roles. Should have worked with customers in managing customer requirements, delivering, and deploying company’s solution
- Should be able to engage with a customer in technical discussion to comprehend the issues customers are facing and providing solutions
- Well
- organized and reliable to work independently
