New Initiatives Manager / New Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a
self-driven and entrepreneurial leader
to anchor Maniac Life's newly established Bangalore office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in
start-up environments
, understands
P&L ownership
, and can rally teams towards ambitious top-line targets in short timelines.

Key Responsibilities

●     Act as the central point of leadership in Maniac Life's Bangalore office

●     Drive
new initiatives and strategic projects
in alignment with the HQ team in Tiruppur

●     Manage daily operations, team productivity, and inter-departmental coordination

●     Own P&L for assigned projects and ensure profitability within defined timelines

●     Foster a start-up culture: agility, ownership, and innovation

●     Work closely with leadership on scaling operations and meeting aggressive targets

Requirements

●     Prior experience in
fast-growing start-ups
or high-growth business environments

●     Strong understanding of
P&L management
and business scaling

●     Proven ability to handle
large top-line targets
in short timelines

●     Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

●     Ability to work independently while aligning with HQ

Salary : As per Industry standards depending on the last drawn salary
