Designation - State Coordinator, Grassroot Academy Program

Location: Bharatpur - Rajasthan, Ghadchiroli/ Nagpur
- Maharashtra, Kalaburgi
- Karnataka, Karimnagar and Varanasi

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with the field teams for mobilization, training and placement of youth with disabilities
- Plan and conduct events, job fairs and other campaigns to support field teams with mobilization and generating employment opportunities
- Guide the team for counselling and ensuring youth enrol for training program
- Support and build strong relationships with local communities, government bodies, NGOs, and other stakeholders for identifying employment opportunities
- Capturing of local best practises and inspirational stories from community

Qualifications:
Degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in program management, community development

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willing to travel
