**How to reach us**:
**Role**: IT Support

**Experience**: 1+ Year

**Education**: Bachelor's (preferred)

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a System/Network Administrator or similar role.
- Experience with servers and networks (LAN, WAN).
- Knowledge of system security and data backup/recover.
- Familiarity with multimedia software’s is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
- Good communication skills.
- Any graduation, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and configure multimedia software’s, hardware and network.
- Windows Server 2012 and network storage experience is a plus.
- Manage network servers and technology tools.
- Creating domain user accounts, a allocation and account validity.
- Troubleshoot network issues and internet connections.
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
- Maintain biometric attendance and download monthly reports.
- Issuing access cards to new employees.
- Maintain the LED projectors and intercom.
- Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
- Maintaining CCTV surveillance.

**Interview Rounds**: 2 Technical Rounds

**Work Location**:Gachibowli, Hyderabad (Work from office)

**Shift Timings**: 2pm to 11 pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
