**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, exchanges, and complaints
- Provide personalized recommendations and support to help customers make informed purchase decisions
- Coordinate with internal departments like logistics, e-commerce, and stores to resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing and operations teams for service improvement
- Stay updated with product knowledge, current offers, and seasonal collections.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
