Inside Sales Executive

Abzer is seeking highlymotivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executivesto join our team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and closing sales deals with potential customers.
**Key Responsibilities:

- Qualify leads by conducting in-depth needs analysis and understanding customer requirements.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our software products and services to potential customers.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by managing leads and opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the software products.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies to drive sales growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market feedback.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
**Qualifications and Requirements:
- **
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years of solid experience in inside sales roles in Software companies and a proven track record of generating the leads and selling to international customers
- Good to have experience in SAAS products, ERPs, eCommerce or Payment domains
- Strong sales acumen and a consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
