**Job Description: E-commerce Executive**

**Employer**: A home automation company

**Location**: Sector 58, Noida

**Working Hours**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday

**Responsibilities**:
**Product Listing & Optimization**
- Create, update, and optimize product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart).
- Write compelling product titles and descriptions, select optimal images, and set competitive pricing.
- Ensure all listings meet platform-specific guidelines and standards for accuracy and customer appeal.

**Inventory Management**
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess stock.
- Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams for timely stock replenishment.

**Sales Analysis & Reporting**
- Track and analyze sales trends, identifying areas for potential growth or necessary adjustments.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, return rates, and customer feedback for strategic planning.

**Promotions & Campaigns**
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers to boost sales.

**Account Health & Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies to maintain a healthy seller account.
- Monitor key metrics such as seller ratings, response times, and order defect rates, taking corrective actions as needed.

**Pricing Strategy**
- Calculate pricing for new stock to maintain a competitive edge and maximize profitability.
- Regularly review marketplace fee structures and adjust prices accordingly.

**Cross-Platform Management**
- Oversee listing performance and optimize product presentation on additional platforms like JioMart.
- Manage relisting and maintain consistent performance across all platforms.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of product research and development.
- Expertise in product representation and product report reconciliation.
- Familiarity with marketplace guidelines (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) for product listings and account health management.

**Experience**
- 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce management, with proven success in listing optimization, inventory management, and sales analysis.

**How to Apply**

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
