**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Execution**:

- Support the founders in the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform business decisions, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Project Management**:

- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with teams across product, marketing, operations, and finance to drive key initiatives.
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely execution.
- **Operational Support**:

- Streamline internal processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement performance tracking mechanisms and assist in developing KPIs for various departments.
- Support day-to-day operations, addressing challenges and finding solutions to keep things running smoothly.
- **Financial Analysis**:

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities.
- Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Support fundraising efforts, including preparation for investor meetings and due diligence.
- **Business Development & Partnerships**:

- Identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and new revenue streams.
- Conduct outreach and maintain relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.
- **Special Projects**:

- Take ownership of special projects as directed by the founders, ranging from new product launches to internal process improvements.
- Provide ad-hoc support on critical tasks that require immediate attention.
- Act as a problem-solver, addressing challenges with creative and efficient solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, strategy, or a startup environment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully executing cross-functional initiatives.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
