The Sales Coordinator in the medical equipment industry plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. They are responsible for coordinating sales-related activities, maintaining communication channels between internal teams and clients, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.

Coordinate with the production or logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.

Handle inquiries and provide information about products, pricing, and delivery schedules to customers.

Order Processing:
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all relevant details are recorded.

Coordinate with the finance department for invoicing and payment processing.

Monitor order fulfillment and communicate any delays or issues to customers proactively.

Client Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on their orders and address any issues that may arise.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order status using CRM software or other tools.

Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends as needed.

Analyze data to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement in processes.

Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing travel arrangements.

Assist in the organization of sales events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by the sales manager or team leader.

Product Knowledge:
Continuously update knowledge about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.

Share insights and feedback from clients with the relevant teams to facilitate product improvements and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably in the medical equipment or healthcare industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Knowledge of medical terminology and equipment is a plus.

Ability to work well in a team environment and independently when required.

**Salary**: ₹10,395.07 - ₹25,000.00 per month
