Ability to co-ordinate with various business stake holders and source systems in getting Requirements and resolving the issues within SLA
- Provide optimized Technical Solutions for the issues.
- Provide Daily/weekly status report to Customer and Internal Stakeholders.
- Help Development team with any technical queries/issues.
- Should be able to contribute in creating documentation whenever new modules goes live and also should be able to document all recurring and new issues occurred in PROD.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ability and willingness to work in 24 / 7 support model, including night shifts.
- Should have 9 12 years of total experience and having min 5 years of experience in AbInitio.
- Intermediate AI knowledge (Service Now, Control Center, Autosys, Generic(graphs, plans) development, performance optimizations, multi file system etc.).
- Database knowledge(Partitioning, query optimization, basic query writing, indexes etc.).
- Experience with various Ab initio parallelism techniques, Ab initio Graphs using Data, Pipeline & Component parallelisms
- Strong knowledge in Oracle / SQL (along with procedures and functions)
- Strong knowledge in Linux including shell scripting.
- Dedicated, diligent and efficient.
- Good communication skills and prepare to go for extra mile
