Abinitio - Support

**Required Skills**:

- Should have 6+ years of total experience and having min **5 years of experience in AbInitio**.
- Intermediate AI knowledge (Service Now, Control Center, Autosys, Generic (graphs, plans) development, performance optimizations, multi file system etc.).
- Database knowledge (Partitioning, query optimization, basic query writing, indexes etc.).
- Experience with various Ab initio parallelism techniques, Ab initio Graphs using Data, Pipeline & Component parallelisms
- Strong knowledge in Oracle / SQL (along with procedures and functions)
- Should have exposure in Cloud infra support.
- Strong knowledge in Linux including shell scripting.
- Dedicated, diligent and efficient.
- Good communication skills and prepare to go for extra mile
- Nice to have skills: Domain knowledge in Finance / Liquidity reporting is an added advantage
- Basic Project/Release Management Jira, RLM, ServiceNow.

**Responsibilities**:

- Incident / request tracking, investigation and closure
- Change requests creation, review and implementation
- Environments health checks and validations
- Application and DB alerts setup and monitoring
- DB refresh and maintenance
- Monitoring service availability, batch jobs, report generations and ensure that the job executions are completed within SLA.
- Perform Deployments, data loads & Data Copies
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ability and willingness to work in 24 / 7 support model, including night shifts.
