**Service Desk Agent**
**Experience**:
- **2-4Years**
**Location-Bangalore**
**Notice Period
- Immediate Joiner/Less Than 15Days**
**Work Mode -WFO**
**Must Have Skill_**
- 1. Excellent Communication skills
- 2. Basic PC and peripheral Hardware troubleshooting(including print & scanning devices)
- 3. Basic networking and Troubleshooting, LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, Dial up knowledge
- 4. Escalates unresolved problem/issues/requests to the proper tier 2 and 3 support team.
- 5. Exposure to ITIL processes
- 6. Ready to work on 24/7 Shift.
- 7. Co-ordination with multiple stake holders / Third party Vendors for break-fix.
- 8. Create the Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation whenever required
- 9. Participate in weekly/ monthly/ customer meeting and provide activities report.
- 10. Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems-
