1. Develop and implement integrated marketing and advertising strategies and programs to drive enable subscriber growth and brand building
a. Manage marketing campaign strategy and content development and delivery across multiple web sites and other digital channels.

d. Ensure digital communication projects/programs are executed within strict conformance with company's risk, security and other applicable standards and support the development of new standards for evolving channels.
2. Analyze and communicate the product proposition and its benefits to consumers

b. Oversee all aspects of the consumer journey including awareness, consideration and acquisition
3. Champion the consumer and drive a consumer-first approach across the company

a. Manage and track performance of each media channel
b. Drive the overall marketing budget and monitor the expenses as per projections

- This is an exciting time in TransUnion CIBIL. With investments in our people, technology and new business markets, we are redefining the role and purpose of a credit bureau.
As a consumer marketing lead/manager, you will be required to lead the integrated marketing strategy for the brand. This also includes development of positioning and messaging that resonates with consumers as well as member partners. You will also be required to establish success metrics for the product and track the performance on a regular basis.
The purpose of this role is to lead the product marketing strategy for the product as well as the brand. Your goal will be to develop and execute plans in order to drive profitability and to position and promote CIBIL as a category leader with consumers.
**Impact You'll Make**:
- 8-12 years of experience in the oversight and management of digital marketing campaigns across several channels.
- Track record of building scalable digital marketing campaign strategies and executing strategies with passion, precision and excellence
- Creative thinker who can generate innovative ideas and solutions and partner effectively with marketing and other creative team
- Good operational and process orientation. Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, experience in dealing with multiple and diverse internal stakeholders, and interacting with business and technology partners.
- Comfortable with a data analytics and research, the value it adds and when and how to make strategic calls based on insights
- Self-motivated and strong collaborator
