To build the brand through deep understanding of the customer in a category that is highly commoditized 2. To develop communication and align all touch points for consistent messaging. 3. Innovate & disrupt to build high customer (internal & external) engagement Roles & responsibilities: -To handle copywriting for SMS, Social media ads, Whatsapp etc. -To coordinate with the agencies handling B2B/B2C messaging -Understand the customer insights and suggest changes through a business required document (BRD) -Co-ordinate between the Tech and the marketing team on scheduling of marketing campaigns -To be a part of the communication journey for the customers for all marketing campaigns along with the team -Suggest changes for the website/mobile app for improving consumer functionality -Maintenance of all BRD’s and other important documents -Promote our products and services during offline events -Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels -Monitoring and Scheduling our company and products/services on various social media -Craft and send regular internal newsletters with company updates -Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics -Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients’ queries -Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness -Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams
**Salary**: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
