**About the role**:
The SEO Analyst is responsible for implementing SEO factors for the brand websites. The SEO Analyst can quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of brand campaigns. SEO Analyst responsibilities include performing keyword research, optimizing our content and monitoring user engagement across our website. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with current SEO techniques and tools and have excellent analytical skills.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
Ø Passion for Organic SEO and Internet Marketing

Ø Conduct keyword research using various tools (like Keyword Planner, SEMrush and BrightEdge)

Ø Prior knowledge in Adobe Analytics is an advantage

Ø Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems

Ø Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere

Ø Perform competitive analysis and identify gaps in our content or areas of improvement in our web design

Ø Track important SEO metrics including organic traffic, conversion rates and time spent on page

Ø Report on performance metrics comparing them to our SEO goals and benchmarking data

Ø Monitor the website regularly

Ø Knowledge in website crawling, audit and other SEO tools

Ø Stay up-to-date with organic SEO marketing trends and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to search engines and automation.

**Essential Skills and experience**:
Ø Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Computer Science or Quantitative Studies.

Ø At least 4+ years of experience in Organic Search and having an Analytical sense to be able to drive data-driven projects for SEO growth.

Ø Work experience as an SEO Analyst or similar digital marketing role.

Ø Expertise in Adobe Analytics/ Google Analytics (GA4).

Ø Familiarity with keyword research and management tools.

Ø Experience with Search Organic & Paid advertising.

Ø Proficiency on XL, PPT, Word is a must.

Ø Good conversational skills to handle stakeholders.

Ø Understanding of ranking factors and search engine optimization practices.

Ø Knowledge on pharma SEO will add more advantage.

Ø Strong analytical skills.

Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
