**Job description**

Be responsible for production output, product quality, Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
- Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and plant staff
- Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime
- Stay up to date with latest production reports.
- Proven work experience as a Plant Manager
- Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, inventory.
- Computer literacy
- Strong team building, decision-making.
- Minimum qualification Graduate
- **Must be experienced in (Cosmetic/FMCG Plant) **approx. 10 yrs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
