**About the Job**

As a AVP - Product, you will be acting as a leader and coaching within the Product Management team, collaborating with and mentoring junior PMs and Business Analysts, hiring new folks and at the end of it all, craft a culture that you and we can be collectively proud of.

What you will do:

- Gaining a deep understanding of customer experience, identifying and filling product gaps
- Translating concepts to inputs for the UIUX/design team and generating new ideas that

grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Taking responsibility for the entire life-cycle of key product areas from prototyping of

new features to analysing their impact on our KPIs
- Coordinating/Creating all relevant processes between engineering, design and

marketing to ensure seamless progress from conception to launch
- Owning project scope, milestones, timelines and deliverables and managing the

communication with the teams and the stakeholders
- Inspiring and motivating the development team to deliver innovative and exciting

solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency (groom and prioritize the backlog, set

sprint goals, plan releases and upgrades, follow the progress of work and address

production issues during sprints etc.)
- Leveraging buy-build-partner analysis to drive new product development and evaluating

the maturity of available solutions
- Analysing product performance post-launch and iterating on the same to keep

improving the product experience

What you need to have:

- 7+ years of experience ideating and executing well-designed, tested, complete web
- 3+ years in a B2C, customer-centric company. Having worked at a startup is a plus
- 2+ years in team management
- Built out and owned successful A/B testing of features at scale
- Should accept responsibility for your own actions and decisions and demonstrate

commitment to accomplishing work in an ethical, compliant, and efficient manner for

the benefit of your clients and the company
- Strong analytical, data analysis, and SQL (or similar language) experience
- Expertise & Learning Agility
- Should be open to new ways of thinking and committed to acquiring new skills to retain

a competitive advantage
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fluid, and unstructured environment because you are a

self-starter who is eager to learn, grow and build something great together. You
