**Job Title: Tele Marketing Executive - Interior Designing Firm**

**Location**: Bangalore, Karnataka

We're searching for an enthusiastic Tele Marketing Executive to join our team and drive business growth through effective telephonic engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

- Contacting potential clients through phone calls to introduce our interior design services.
- Engaging in meaningful conversations to understand clients' unique design preferences and requirements.
- Providing comprehensive information about our design solutions and addressing client inquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records of telephonic interactions and updating our CRM system.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to schedule appointments with interested clients.
- Meeting daily and monthly call targets to contribute significantly to the company's growth.
- Staying up-to-date with our range of design offerings and staying informed about industry trends.
- Upholding the company's values and maintaining professionalism in all telephonic interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the interior design industry.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone demeanor.
- Ability to establish rapport with potential clients and build trust over the phone.
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must hold a valid two-wheeler license and have access to a personal two-wheeler for commuting.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays, with Mondays designated as the weekly off.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive fixed salary, supplemented with incentives based on successful conversion rates.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
