**Roles & Responsibilities**:
'¢Â   Must be a Semi - Qualified CA with working experience of 3-5 years
'¢Â   Work location would be Bangalore.
'¢Â   Hands on working experience on Income tax assessments, understanding of the Income-tax Act and Rules, experience of preparation of written submissions based on technical research and interpretation of law, representation before tax authorities, preparation and filing of appeals/writs
'¢Â   Working knowledge of Transfer Pricing provisions and preparation of submissionsÂ
'¢Â   India tax compliances (corporate tax returns, Form 3CD, Form 3CEB, etc.) '“ Hands on experience in preparation of tax computation, reconciliations for Form 3CD, ITR, income tax portal, practical exposure on ITR-6, Form 3CEB, Form 3CD, SFT, Equalisation levy and filing of Form 1
'¢Â   Analysis of taxability of various kinds of transactions under the DTAA
'¢Â   Obtaining Nil/lower tax deduction certificates
'¢Â   Coordination with tax consultants, visiting the income tax office for follow-up
'¢Â   Preparation of tax notes for FS including workings for contingent liability
'¢Â   Preparation of quarterly provision for tax workings
'¢Â   Preparation/review of 15CA/15CB, preparation and filing of TDS & TCS returns
'¢Â   Basic experience of mergers and acquisitions would be welcome
