Planning and ImplementationDevelop and implement project-specific safety plans, policies, and procedures.Attend client's EHS audits and provide required documents and reports.Assess and approve subcontractor safety plans.Obtain necessary permits for work activities.Conduct induction training for all workers, emphasizing safety protocols.Conduct daily toolbox meetings to discuss safety practices.Verify the quality of tools and equipment used on-site.Ensure the right tools are used with necessary safety precautions and personal protective equipment (PPE).Inspections and Hazard ManagementConduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and risks.Collaborate with the project team to address safety concerns and implement preventive measures.Continuously inspect project sites to ensure a hazard-free environment.Monitor the quality and safety of electrical equipment.Supervise height work and hot work activities.Respond to workers' safety concerns and address them appropriately.Encourage workers to report near misses and maintain a near-miss report.Stop any work being carried out without following safety rules.Communication and DocumentationEstablish and maintain effective health and safety communication structures.Prepare and display safety signage in appropriate locations.Report safety violations to higher-level management and ensure appropriate action is taken.Document all accidents and conduct thorough investigations.Continuously monitor safety-related documents, reports, and issues, keeping them updated.Maintain a zero-tolerance policy for safety violations.Maintain a zero-accident record on-site.Ensure compliance with IOSH guidelinesCulture and ComplianceEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and guidelines.Promote safe practices and enforce safety guidelines and programs.Carry out drills and exercises to manage emergency situations.Ensure all workers adhere to site rules and maintain discipline.Create and enforce a safe working environment, emphasizing housekeeping and material storage.Regulate maintenance and safety policies for ongoing compliance.Ensure proper ventilation and lighting at the site

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
