**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads to discuss our marketing services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with excellent service and support.
- Manage and update client databases with relevant information.
- Handle social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to increase engagement, respond to inquiries, and promote company services.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, working towards meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance social media strategies and content.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve customer interactions and sales techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and experience in handling accounts.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are preferred.
