Key Responsibilities
Social Media Coordination (Real Estate Focus)
- Plan, create, and post engaging content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) targeting U.S. real estate clients.
- Use basic graphic design tools (Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma) to create property flyers, posts, reels, and infographics.
- Research and repurpose U.S. housing trends, mortgage updates, property market news, and lifestyle content for branding.
- Track insights and analytics to grow audience engagement and lead generation.
- Manage ad campaigns and boost posts when needed.
Executive Assistance
- Manage calendar, emails, and scheduling for the U.S. real estate business owner (EST time zone coordination).
- Maintain CRM databases and assist with U.S. real estate documentation.
- Prepare reports, track leads, and follow up with clients and vendors.
- Provide overall administrative support for business operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of combined experience in social media management and executive assistance.
- Strong English communication skills - written and verbal. Must be able to draft professional emails, captions, and posts in fluent English.
- Prior experience with real estate marketing (U.S. or international market) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with graphic design tools (Canva required; Photoshop/Illustrator a plus).
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, and CRM software (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce).
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to overlap with U.S. Eastern Time Zone work hours.
