**Job Role**:
**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Promote and sell company products and services.
- Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and objectives.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company offerings.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales processes and results.

**Pre-Requisites**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish strong customer relationships.
- Strong sales skills with a goal-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
