**Title: System Administrator (E2)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain Windows-based servers and associated services, including **Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, RDP, RDS and print services**:

- Maintain and manage virtualized infrastructure using **VMWare** and other virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of windows server **patch management using WSUS**.
- Strong knowledge of windows server **Vulnerability remediation**.
- Develop and maintain Power Shell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency
- Monitor and troubleshoot server performance, including storage, network, and server-related issues
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary changes to ensure system security
- Provide technical support to end-users as needed
- Document and maintain system configurations and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in managing Windows-based servers and services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, RDP, and print services
- Strong experience in managing virtualized infrastructure using VMWare or other virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of windows server **patch management using WSUS**.
- Strong knowledge of windows server **Vulnerability remediation**.
- Proficient in Power Shell scripting
- Microsoft Windows Server, Azure
- Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with IT security principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience: 4 years.
