Manage social media platforms, including responding to comments and messages.
Follow up on leads from social media campaigns and inquiries through tele-calling.
Communicate product details to potential customers and drive conversions.
Monitor and analyze social media performance, suggesting improvements for better engagement.
Stay updated with trends to develop fresh, relatable content ideas.
Assist with planning and execution of in-store promotions or events.
Support daily business operations and handle additional tasks as needed.

Bonus Skills:
Knowledge of photo and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).

Good to have Skills:
Basic knowledge of Wordpress
